If you’re looking for a unique tax experience, DOZ’s tax department is the place for you. Our tax staff are experts in complex tax codes as well as delivering invaluable advice to our clients on difficult tax matters and structuring. We specialize in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) reporting and work with a team of dedicated professionals to guide our clients in their understanding and compliance with the current regulations. Our areas of knowledge include LIHTC, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Rural Development and State Agencies, Construction and Development, Not-For-Profit and Community Development and Ownership and Management Entities to name a few.
