Brittany began her career at Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC in 2007. She has specialized in the real
estate industry, with a particular focus in partnership and not-for-profit tax compliance matters.
Brittany is responsible for the annual preparation and review of partnership and not-for-profit tax
returns related to multifamily housing communities, as well as funds that invest in those entities. Her
personal portfolio includes partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, not-for-profits, and
individual income tax returns. Many of these partnerships participate in the LIHTC program pursuant

Brittany’s duties include assisting the members in all functions of the tax return engagement. She is
responsible for ensuring that accurate returns are prepared and that all client, investor, and
compliance deadlines are met. She oversees staff in the assurance that financial statement data is
accurately reported in the tax returns. In addition to her client responsibilities, Brittany acts as the
co-lead of the internal tax training program.

Brittany keeps current with the real estate industry and the continually changing regulatory
environment by attending continuing education classes and conferences on an ongoing basis.  These
classes and conferences address the most current issues, including Federal and state tax law changes
and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  This education is sponsored by various organizations, including
the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
