Josh started in the Audit Department at DOZ immediately after college. From the beginning, he was interested in training DOZ’s ever-growing number of employees and in 2022, he officially took on the Director of Training role. He now oversees everything training-related at DOZ, from the robust new hire training program to on-going training for all levels.
